Riviera, Australia's largest and most awarded luxury boat builder officially announced this afternoon to the company's staff and contractors that a sale transaction had been completed earlier in the day. This sale will allow Riviera to officially exit receivership and move positively forward under private ownership.

The first Riviera 43 Open Flybridge w/ IPS has sold and is expected to arrive in Seattle on May 18th, 2011. The first Riviera 53 Enclosed Flybridge w/ IPS has also sold along with the first Riviera Sport Yacht 5800 on the West Coast and are expected to arrive November 2011.

New details have been announced from Riviera regarding it's NEW 53 Enclosed Flybridge set to release in May 2011 .
